Event Host Pays For Full Event | I'm hosting a 13th birthday party for my daughter at our home. Not sure how long we will need the truck - so I estimated. |
Individual People Pay Themselves | Hi there, I’m reaching out from Seasons at Plainfield, a residential community in Plainfield, IL. We’ve been hosting monthly food truck nights since May, and residents love them! We had a last-minute cancellation for August, so we’re looking for a truck to join us — ideally on a weekday between 4–8 PM. If that’s too soon, we’re also booking for September and October. This is a pay-as-you-go event (not catered), and you're welcome to promote it on your own platforms. Let me know if you’re interested — we’d love to have you out! Best,
Stacy Zhanay

Event Host Pays For Full Event | Hi there! My name is Megan, and I'm the Events Coordinator with PAWS Chicago. I am delighted to formally invite you to PAWS Chicago’s 25th Annual 5K Walk/Run For Their Lives on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Montrose Harbor. We are celebrating the 25th anniversary of not only our most attended event of the year, but the largest dog-friendly event in Chicago, with over 3,000 pet lovers and 1,000 dogs! Its success is critical in enabling PAWS Chicago to provide the operational support necessary to save and care for thousands of homeless pets. One of the featured highlights is our Hero Hangout, which is our VIP food & beverage area for our top individual and team fundraisers, as well as special guests. We typically have 400 in this area. We would love to have you join us at the upcoming PAWS 5K as one of our food vendors in the Hangout, serving as a pillar of support for PAWS lifesaving programs. Participation is FREE and PAWS Chicago will provide:
10x10 tent at the event (or you may bring your own branded popup for additional exposure)
Food permits
Color signage at your tent featuring your logo
Promotion of your company in every weekly email to our event participants now through the event
Promotion of your company as a Hero Hangout vendor in our PAWS database emails (approx. 150,000 active members) What we would be looking for you is the following:
Provide food and all serving items (plates, napkins, etc.) for our guests (we have approx. 400 in the area but we know that not everyone eats everything, so we trust your judgment on planning how much you need to bring)
Staffing for your tent If you can NOT attend but still want to donate food, we would also appreciate that. However we would feature your food in our food buffet along with other donors (instead of having your own tent) but we will still have signage and all the relevant promotional communications for you. Attached please find our sponsorship packet and inside you will find our Hero Hangout commitment form. Because we only allow one type of food, vendors are on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend securing your spot as early as possible. Our final deadline is Friday, August 15 as we need to finalize who is joining us for event permits. We sincerely appreciate your commitment to animal welfare and charitable giving in the community. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to welcoming you in 2025 for the 25th anniversary event! Warmly,
Megan |

Individual People Pay Themselves | Just curious about the booking details for an event (back to school function) for 12-3:30 pm at Clapham School in Wheaton on August 16. We have another food truck scheduled to come but are trying to avoid bottlenecks. Our main question is how much it would cost for you all to come and park at the event. Thanks! |
