My name is Tatianna, and I'm reaching out from Werner Co/ ProDriven Global, located in Itasca. We're planning our annual food truck corporate event on Wednesday, July 23rd, and we're interested in having your food truck join us.

This will be a dinner event beginning about 430-5pm. We will host approximately 60-70 people, and we're aiming to have 4-5 trucks offering appetizer or small plate food options (rather than full size meals). This would be like a slice of pizza rather than a whole individual size pizza, sliders instead of full-size burgers, etc. Given we will have multiple trucks, and people love the variety and trying something from each truck, we would like to try to cut down on food waste that we have seen in prior years.

Could you let us know if you're available? If so, would you be able to provide us with a quote for your services, including the types of small plate options you would offer and drinks? If there are any other specific requirements, such as setup time or space, please let us know.

Please note that we do require a COI ahead of time and there is a required inspection by the fire department, so participating trucks will need to be present for that and pass inspections before any cooking can begin. I believe I was overcharged. Bought lunch from the mobile unit at Northwestern Medicine Oakbrook pop up location. I had a GF great dane, fries and a soda and my card was charged $30.99. That seems a ridiculously high price for a toasted sandwich, so I am hoping an error was made. Please get back to me.
