We spoke on the phone about a week ago. We are having two parties this July. We would definitely love to have AJ Kaps on 7/12 if you're available. We expect about 80-100 people. | Individual People Pay Themselves | Ascension Saint Alexius (1555 Barrington Road, Hoffman Estates, IL) ABIDE Committee is hosting the 1st 5k Walk/Run/skate/bike event on Oct 5 2025 (Sunday). We recently sent "Save-The-Date" flyers to staff and will have more details soon. The time will most likely be 10-11am. We are inviting 3 other Ascension hospitals to walk with us. We would like for you to be one of the vendors to be available for the walkers/attendees to purchase and enjoy after their walk. Are there any requirements needed?

Looking to have a Family Reunion and see if any dates /times that work. One question was if you can combine menus from trucks or what I can do, having trouble on deciding which one we want.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Good morning! Our Park District puts on a Concert in the Park Series every Summer on Wednesday nights in August. We generally have a DJ set up from 6-7pm, and a featured band every week from 7-9pm. We would love to Have Toasty Cheese be a food vendor for an evening with us during our Concert Series. In the past we have not charged attendees or been charged to have vendors on site. As this would be opportunity for a vendor to be onsite to sell their food to a large crowd of people. We are open to any Wednesday Night in August, if looking to schedule. We would just be looking for vendors with a COI and Food Service/Handlers and Sanitization Licensee. | Individual People Pay Themselves | Glen Ellyn Backyard BBQ is now in its 17th year as one of Glen Ellyn's largest and most beloved events. The BBQ will welcome 50+ BBQ competitors along with an all-day food and music festival. As part of the festival, the BBQ would like to invite the Best Trunkin' BBQ or Toasty Cheese Mobile Eatery to be one of the five food vendors onsite for the day-long event. Each food vendor is invited as they fulfill a unique and in-demand food and flavor request. We would love to include you as part of this event. The food vendor keeps all sales proceeds in exchange for a flat donation of $500 to the nonprofit agency, Bridge Communities, which is the sole beneficiary of the Glen Ellyn Backyard BBQ. The BBQ is projected to raise approximately $55,000 to support Bridge Communities' mission, which provides housing and life-changing services to families facing homelessness.
