The Hampshire Elementary School PTA is hosting a Back to School Bash with a splash pad, bounce house, DJ, games for the kids, and we thought your food would be perfect! We are estimating attendance at this time.The vent will run from 5pm-7pm.

My name is Sydney, I’m the Event Coordinator for the Copernicus Foundation’s annual Taste of Polonia Festival located in Jefferson Park. Taste of Polonia is the largest and oldest Polish festival in the US, serving over 50,000 patrons from across the Chicagoland area every Labor Day Weekend since 1980. Our dates for Taste of Polonia 2024 are as follows: Friday, August 30th – Monday, September 2nd.
I’m reaching out today to inquire whether the Toasty Cheese Food Truck would be interested in joining us as a food vendor at this year’s fest? We don’t have any food vendors offering grilled cheeses or American sandwiches so we think you guys would be a great fit!

My name is Alexander and I work as the Assistant Grocery Manager at the Bloomingdale Woodmans
(1 Stratford Dr, Bloomingdale, IL 60108)
and we will be throwing a big celebration for our 3rd year anniversary of being open on August 10th.

We have several companies and multiple brands joining in the fun to offer samples to our customers and pass out business cards to help grow their brand.

We've also been encouraged to reach out to food trucks and food vendors to see if they would also like to be apart of the event.
I was hoping you might be interested in setting up your food truck in our parking lot on that Saturday August 10th and also be apart of the community celebration.

I think this could be a really fun opportunity for your brand and also for our customers to try your amazing food!
