| Event Host Pays For Full Event | We are returning again this year, but a little earlier, if possible. We are open to 5/10 or 5/24 as well. We enjoyed the Toasty Cheese menu in '22 & '23. We would like to take a look at the BBQ or Taco theme this year. I also left an e-mail for Jeff T. Please let us know as soon as you can if the dates are available. Same arrangement and venue as our past events.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | I am wondering if you have availability and costs if we were to get you out there for the tournament. Our schedule is as follows:
6/6 --Thursday -- Need a dinner set-up (5-8pm)
6/7 -- Friday -- Dinner (5-8pm). ((Possibly lunch if we have games))
6/8 -- Saturday -- Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner
6/9 -- Sunday -- Breakfast & Lunch
If you don't do any of the above listed, please let me know what you can do. We currently have over 32 teams in the tournament so there will be a lot of people in and out of the location each day.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | We are the Scottish Rite located in Bloomingdale at Lake St and Medinah Rd. We are hosting a Car Show on May 11 from 10am - 2pm. We anticipate 50 cars showcased and then the car enthusiasts to see them. We would like to have a Toasty Cheese Truck there for all to enjoy your yummy menu.
