I've been requested to get you back by the owner it was so good.
We set up a schedule and send people down floor by floor from 11:00 - 1:30 or 2:00 until done. We plan for 200 but hope you have extra if we go over and obviously pay for the extra.

I'm interestsed in learning more about securing your food truck for our event. The 5th annual 56 Artisan Fix ia a one day artisan market in Mt. Prospect, Il. Our market has about 30-50 artisan vendor booth and attracts around 1,000 shoppers. We are looking for a few interesting food trucks to feed our hungry shoppers.
