I am booking food trucks for 2023 and we have our dance recital June 3rd and 4th and we would love to have you there. Saturday would be to serve for 5:30 pm and Sunday would be to serve for 12:30 pm. It is a large event and also would be open to the whole community. I would also like to book another date or 2 through the summer with you so that you would be on the schedule for that as well. We are holding and employee family open-house and expect no less than 100 people but more likely 150 people. We can provide a count if required as we are going to have a sign up sheet. Mix of adults and kids. Ideally, you would be at our place for approx. 2-3 hrs.

| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Hello! I left a voicemail regarding scheduling the Toasty Cheese food truck at Loving Care Animal Hospital for 9/14/22. We are having a Lunch & Learn event for our staff from 1-2pm, and our Vendor Representative will be paying for the Food Truck via credit card. I'm not sure how much set-up time you will need, but I would like to have our staff start putting their orders in at 12:30 so they can have their food before the presentation starts.
