| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hello! My name is Mila and I work for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital Foundation. I am interested in booking a food truck for an event on Sunday, June 12. The event is called Move For Kids, which raises money for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital. The event includes a 5k walk and a Kid’s Dash, followed by a post-party celebration shortly afterwards. At this celebration, we are looking for a number of food truck vendors for our guests and participants. We would need your services beginning at 12:00 and ending at 2:00. The location of the event is 1410 S Museum Campus Drive, Chicago, IL 60605 (Soldier Field). Since Lurie Children’s is a nonprofit, I can attach a W-9 form for tax-exempt purposes later. If you are available for this event, that would be great! The estimated number of total guests is around 2000-2500, but we are looking for multiple different food truck vendors, so in reality, the estimated number of people served would be around ~350-500.
