Hi! We met at the Marriott Lincolnshire CEL Event. as we discussed, I'd love to book the truck for a Friday night in August. Our guests would purchase dinner, and have cocktails from our tasting room. We have indoor and outdoor seating. Large lot that we share with Harley Davidson. Hello! We are looking for a food truck to serve 200 meals per day to attendees over a 3-day event: August 6, 7, and 8, 2024. The serving time is just over an hour (12:15 to 1:30pm) so we are looking for efficient service.

In terms of menu, we've served burgers, chicken tenders, and fries in the past, which were a hit. However, we are open to branching out from this if those offerings are not available. (Pizza and tacos will already be provided, so we are looking to diversify from those options.) We would also like options that can be modified to cater to Vegan and/or gluten-free guests if possible. Meals should also include a bottled drink - water or otherwise. As a college, we are tax-exempt and require certain documentation to bring outside vendors to service the college.

I hope to hear back with a few menu options and prices, but please let me know if additional information is needed. Thank you!

I work for Golden State Foods and we will be partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities for their annual Kicking for the House charity soccer tournament. We will be covering the cost of food for the event and we're interested in having a Toasty Cheese truck! We're anticipating about 300 total guests from 5-8pm and would like for everyone to be able to get something on us. It looks like the minimum for 3 hours is $1500 with anything over that being paid after the event. Is there a specific menu that we have to select or will guests have access to the whole menu? Are there any other callouts we should know for an event this size? We'll take any recommendations!

I am interested in more information for booking the truck for a family day event at our office. I see the $1,500 minimum/ 3hr on the form but I'm wondering what that includes and for how many people? I'd like to get a better idea of what the final cost would be for about 100-120 guests for either 2-3 hours. Thanks!

We are hosting the Navy's 126th Hospital Corpsman Birthday Ball and are looking for trucks to be parked out front for our attendees. The event will take place on 14Jun24 from 1800-2100. We are looking for a set menu, and are interested in the taco option. Thank you!
