We used your food truck in April of this year and everyone at our company LOVED it! We were wondering for more information regarding the Toast and Host catering service.
We are also ablet to do 12/22/2023 if the 21st is booked up.
Thank you!

Go Brewing is hosting Winterfest on 12/9, a Family Friendly Holiday fest to celebrate the season and all its missing is Toasty Cheese! Our friends and neighbors at Solemn Oath have had you pop up in their lot previously and we'd love to host you too! I understand the timing is late in the season and you may already be booked, but wanted to shoot our shot!

Hi,

My name is Joseph Wayne, I am having my party and I want it to be held at your venue on the 15th of January next year with 30 guests invited. I'm flexible with the date. Before we proceed with our request, please answer the following questions below;

1. Do you accept credit cards as a mode of payment?

2. Can you work with our official band performing for the event regarding their payment and all necessary preparations for the event to be a memorable one?

Await your quick response.

Regards,
Joseph Wayne

Hi,

I run a private whiskey group in Chicagoland.
We are launching a private bourbon pick at Malloy's liquor in Glen Ellyn on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 2p. Each bottle purchase includes a donation of $5 towards St. Jude children's hospital.
We are looking for a food truck to be onsite to help feed hungry customers.

Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks,
Jeff

We would like to have Toasty Taco on-site for our 2nd shift (7:00pm) and 3rd shift (2:00am) crews. Is this something you can accommodate? If so, what food options are available?

Thank you!
Nicole

Hello! I am writing to invite you to be a part of the Infinity Food Festival in June 2024. It will be a primarily invite-only selection of popular food vendors in the tri-state area, mixed with live music, a BBQ and Beer Garden, and a Kid Chef area. This is the 1st year for this event, but the area is pumped up and ready for this--we are in Starved Rock Country, so we have lots of tourism on weekends. If you would like more information about the Festival itself, please email me back! The 5000 headcount is probably a conservative estimate. Thank you! We would love to have you there!

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As a longtime supporter of our local community, your establishment has always been a shining example of corporate responsibility and philanthropy. We are reaching out to you today with a special request on behalf of the Illinois Spina Bifida Association.
The Illinois Spina Bifida Association is dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Spina Bifida. If you are unaware of what Spina Bifida is, it is a lifelong neurological condition. It is also the most complex birth defect that is compatible with life. We work tirelessly throughout the year to provide resources, advocacy, and a supportive community to those who face the challenges associated with this condition. One of the ways we bring joy and a sense of togetherness to our community is through our annual holiday party.
Our holiday party is a cherished tradition for our members. It's a time when our community comes together to celebrate the holiday season, strengthen bonds, and share the joys of life. We aim to make this event memorable for all attendees, and to do so, we rely on the generous support of local businesses like yours.
This year, we kindly request your assistance in making our holiday party a great success by donating food for the event. Your contribution can help provide delicious meals and refreshments for our attendees and their families, allowing them to enjoy a festive, worry-free evening. Your generosity will be acknowledged during the event, and we will promote your business in our event materials, recognizing your support to our members and the broader community.
If you are able and willing to contribute, please know that we expect around 250 people in attendance. The event is taking place on Saturday, December 2 at Conyers Learning Academy in Rolling Meadows. Additionally, if you have any specific requirements or preferences, please feel free to share them with us.
In exchange for your generous donation we would like to offer you a free platinum sponsorship that includes the following:
o Feature in all upcoming print communications and event signage.
o Inclusion in a special statewide mailing to the ISBA community. This presents a unique opportunity for you to reach out directly to our audience, complemented by an ISBA introduction letter.
o Invitations for your company representatives to attend all the Holiday Party.
o Recognition in all pre-and-post event online promotions and on ISBA social media channels.
o Direct interaction opportunities with display tables at the events.

Your support can make a significant difference in the lives of those who rely on the Illinois Spina Bifida Association for guidance and assistance. We genuinely appreciate your consideration of our request and your commitment to making our holiday party a memorable occasion.
If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at 630-709-3958 or [email protected]. We look forward to the possibility of working together to spread joy and warmth this holiday season.
Thank you for your time and your continued support of the Illinois Spina Bifida Association.

Warm regards,
Becky Ziegler Rupnick
ISBA Board Chair

We are looking to see if you would be available to come out to a school in Homer Glen and serve teachers during our lunch periods, from 11 am until about 1 pm. We can predetermine the menu and limit it. We have about 80 staff here and in the prior years had about 40-45 show interest in the different food trucks we had here.
