For the teenage parent, it can be especially overwhelming and difficult. For more than 37 years, Teen Parent Connection has remained the only 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization in DuPage County exclusively focused on teen pregnancy, early parenthood, and prevention education. These crucial services are only possible with the support of businesses and individuals like you - who choose to make an investment in our shared community. On Sunday, October 29th, Teen Parent Connection will host our annual Festival of Friends at Medinah Country Club. This event brings together more than 200 guests who support our work in the community by purchasing raffle tickets for a chance to win beautiful baskets that highlight local products, services, and experiences. We hope that you will help us make our raffle a success by contributing a gift basket, product, or gift card. With the support of our dedicated event volunteers, your donation will become part of an AMAZING raffle. Proceeds from the raffle help fund the work and mission of Teen Parent Connection. Your participation in Festival of Friends is vital to our continued success in providing support, education and resources that help ensure no young person has to face the struggles of early parenthood on their own. We have had a last-minute request from the students to have food trucks at our lunch periods on Wednesday, September 27th, from 10 am - 2 pm (2600 people at the school and planning on approximately 1000 to attend) and at our Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 30th, from 7-10 pm (expecting around 1600 students in attendance at an outdoor dance). We were hoping you might be interested and willing to attend. Our theme is "The Tiki Oasis" and we are trying to raise money to contribute to the Food Pantry for the Victims of the Maui fire. Individual People Pay Themselves	Good morning, My name is Alia Koertner. I am on the PTO for Barbara B. Rose Elementary School located in South Barrington. I wanted to reach out today to see if the Toasty Cheese food truck is available for one of our largest fundraising events called Family Fall Fest. This is an all-family event that will take place at the school on Friday, October 13 from 6 pm – 9 pm. Last year’s event drew (350) guests. We plan on limiting food trucks to only 5, with 2-3 dedicated to entrées/meals. The others will sell dessert or beverages. Please kindly let me know the following: Is your truck available on Friday, October 13 from 6 pm - 8 pm? Do you require a food minimum to confirm your attendance? The district limits our ability to agree to such terms. Would you be willing to share your menu and logo prior to the event?
