| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Having an end of season get together for girls sophomore soccer team at the Corral building. I am ooking for a food truck for about 60 people give or take (haven't done a head count yet) and in the price range of 15.00 PP. Don't know if you take tax exempt letter or how to negotiate cost since this is casual affair after a game. I can collect the money or people can pay the day of...whatever is easier for you.

We are looking to hire (5) different food trucks – one for the 1st Friday of each month in May-Jun-Jul-Aug-Sept from around 12-1 (or however long needed).
We have an office staff of 27 currently but can have a final head count for you closer to the date of service.
This is a hosted event, so J Miller Marketing will be paying for it.
If you could please send pricing, menu options and availability for 5/5, 6/2, 7/7, 8/4, 9/1 that would be awesome.

We are wondering if you'd be interested in bringing your food to our Artisan Market at Rosewood Farm in Sugar Grove on June 25th from 10am to 2pm. This would be vending, but you would be the only food vendor. Our market is a family friendly experience with over 30 vendors, kids activities, live music and more. Would you be interested in sponsoring the event (i.e. $1 back to Safe Families for every food sale made, flat $250 donation, etc.) and for the food truck logo to be on the back of the runners' shirts? Guest count subject to change closer to the event, expected attendance is between 350-500 people.
