| Individual People Pay Themselves | This is a rough guess as to how many people we had at our event last year. This year we are investing in fencing so we have an entrance and can keep better count. We had a very successful Makers Market and would love to have some food offered this year! I can provide to you further documentation on our event if you would like to email us directly. The hours for our event are 10am - 3pm so you could decide what hours you wanted to be there. We also have space for around 40 vendors, we are in the process of going thru our applications now. We partner with local businesses to share your business with our school & family community while fundraising. The PTO uses the funds raised to provide supplies and support to our school. We wanted to reach out and ask if the Toasty Cheese Food Truck would be interested in a joint effort Dine & Share. You would come to our school on Friday 8/4/23 from 11am-1:30pm where our school will host a Back to School Community Event. We would advertise that your Toasty Cheese Food Truck will be there and share you with our community, you would provide food and drinks to sell, and share a % of sales with the John Jay Elementary School PTO. As discussed, we'd love to have you in our community on 7/22 for our members and surrounding neighborhoods to enjoy after the Crystal Lake Cardboard Cup regatta. We actively promote the food trucks to our community via e blasts, online calendars and yard signs and the food trucks are a huge success each year. We are having a 4,000 person event on 6/10/23 at the round lake beach civic center. I’m looking for 7 more food trucks for a total of 12. The event is from 12 noon to midnight and we will have entertainment through and day including a national headliner and artisans displaying work. Most importantly 4,000 people need to eat.
