My name is Adheesh Agarwal and I am an athlete at IFA. I would like to share some information with you regarding an upcoming event we are hosting.
Thanks for reading and responding at the number or email address mentioned below.
The Illinois Fencing Academy Foundation (EIN 88 3892829) is a 501 (c) 3 organization, and all
donations go to assist our fencers' travel to competitions. Our student-centered, value-based
fencing programming offers a holistic approach to student development. Its goal is to promote
athletic success as well as personal growth through fencing classes, lessons, clinics and
workshops.
Our spring fundraiser is at 11am-1pm on Saturday, June 3rd. Our goal is to raise $1000. We
have secured a donor who will contribute 50 cents to each $1 we raise.
We would like to invite you to cater food for the fundraiser. We expect about 45-50 people.
Some finger appetizers or small bites of your choice would be greatly appreciated. In return, we
will advertise your business at the event with any materials you provide (banner, poster, flyers,
business cards, etc.) and on our website (IllinoisFencingAcademy.com) and social media
including Instagram and Facebook for three months.

We're having a graduation/sendoff party for our son and specifically interested in serving cheese curds from a food truck - though I'm sure grill cheese would be delicious too. Can you let us know your availability and then what the cost would be to have the truck here for a few hours. Our setup is ideal for the truck to sit in the alley and pull right up to our back yard...
