| Event Host Pays For Full Event | I wanted to inquire about having a food truck come park in the driveway from 3-4 or 4:30 or however it works. What would be a the cost? And menu? Thank you!

| Individual People Pay Themselves | This is our 2nd Annual Pride Fest. We had approximately 200 people last year. Hoping to have 300+ this year, because we're advertising more and earlier. We will have other vendors there, but you will be the only food truck. We will be selling our own canned soda. But you are welcome to sell your own beverages as well.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Every year we have a huge fireworks show (same company as the White Sox) and draw about 10,000 people. We are trying to up the number of food trucks we have in attendance because the lines get so long. Please let me know if you are interested in being there! Thanks!

| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Hi We are trying to do a staff appreciation day at our Middle school. We would Basically need the sandwiches your offer just the regular fries and drinks. We were also wondering if by chance you had a Gluten free option. We could send out an order sheet to our staff prior to the event so you would have an idea of what everyone would be wanting. The staff has different lunch times they are 10:43 AM -11:13 AM, 11:36 AM - 12:06 AM, and last 12:29 PM - 12:59 PM. We would pay all at once with a card at the end of the event. The school would be paying for all of the teachers / Staff meals. If this is something you are willing and could do we would love it. If you have any more questions and are willing to host this event please let me know.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | HI, I am a administrative assistant at Gordon Food Service. Our employees expressed that they would like to have a food truck at our location once a month. This is not an official company event but an opportunity for our employees to eat something different besides fast food.
We have 2 shifts and both would be interested in the food truck option. Our employees will be paying for their own lunch. Also, we're hoping to have the food truck come on Thursday's because that is when the employees get paid. However, if Thursday doesn't work we can always choose another day. We have many departments starting with the warehouse, transportation, sales, etc.
The location would be:

Kenosha, WI 53144
First shift: 11am-12:30
Second Shift: 11pm-12:30am
Would you be able to do any of these dates and these times? Let me know if you guys would be interested.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | The 7th Annual Beer in the Woods is an annual fundraiser for Friends of the Forest Preserves. This event is a beer festival with nature programming. Our guests are amazing (this is NOT your typical beer fest) and they get hungry! We are asking all food vendors to set up by 1 p.m. and stay until the event is over at 6 p.m. Please let me know if you're interested and we can discuss next steps. Thanks!

We have the following events available: July 3rd fireworks show, 6 to 10 pm (6k to 8 k attendance); Jazz Concert series, July 12, 19, & 26, 6:30 to 9 pm (400attendance). Lastly, we have our Tribute Tuesday concert series, June 13, July 11, August 8, and September 12, service is 5:30 to 9 (2K to 5K attendance). Let me know if you have availability/interest

We wanted to know what kind of minimums would be required and based on that will determine if the host will pay or individuals will pay themselves. Also how long would the truck stay? I am planning a community cleanup & recycling event at Miller Meadow forest preserve in Maywood on Saturday, April 1 from 10am to 2pm. I was hoping that you would consider being a part of the event, for all or a portion of the time.
