Hey! I am having a wedding on July 1st. We are looking for food options and trying to get a feel for a variety of options probably on the cheaper end if we can. We are interested in the food truck for our dinner, and saw the different food options you offered. We are thinking it would be just a main dish and maybe a side. I was wondering if you had quote options or different food options to look at! Thanks so much! - Shelbi

I am reaching out to see if your company is interested in collaboration to see if your organization is interested to be a sponsor for Deaf Women United Conference which is happening this coming summer in Chicago. We would love to see your organization to be part of this. When you have time, can you please review the sponsor letter and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind Regards,

April Maman

Sponsor Letter:

Dear Potential Sponsor,

Deaf Women of Chicago is an affiliate group of Deaf Women United organization, http://www.dwu.org, and we are hosting a 4-day national conference from July 26-July 30, 2023 at Embassy Suites Hotel, 511 N. Columbus Drive in Chicago. Our organization's true mission is to support each other in the journey of life. Deaf Women of Chicago have been supporting Deaf women of the Midwest since 2017.
We are expecting about 125 women from all walks of life who recognize, value, and embrace their additional identities at the conference. The conference will allow these women to empower oneself and others through advocacy, education and outreach. Deaf communities are spread out, making it even more crucial to develop opportunities for networking and collaboration where information can be exchanged. Ultimately, these opportunities will enhance the quality of all deaf women’s lives.
As an Accessibility Chair and a committee member for Deaf Women of Chicago in Chicago, IL, I am reaching out to you to help us make an impact on our Deaf community this year.
To make a difference, we rely on the support of generous individuals and businesses in our community. We would be most grateful if you would consider providing donation to our organization. Your support is critical to the conference to ensure that DeafBlind and low vision individuals have equal access to the information during the conference by providing Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDI) or Deaf Interpreters (DI). Sponsorship and donations would help us budget for many expenses for the conference, including accommodations, assistive technologies (AT) and audio/visual aids, sign language interpreters, access to the venue, and the event’s presentations, food, hotel and materials including supplies for the Art Extravaganza!
We need your help! You can assist in one or more of the following ways:
1. Donate money to help Deaf Women of Chicago pay for the interpreting services.
2. Become a sponsor for our conference where we will use your logo in our program book to recognize your business.
3. Send CDI or DI from your interpreter list.
4. Any contribution and support through a donation is welcome and very much appreciated.
To show our gratitude, we would be happy to name your business or your ad on a sponsor sign and recognize your business at the event. All donations are tax-deductible.
You can visit our website http://deafwomenchicago.com/welcome/dwu-conference/ to donate or learn more about all of our sponsorship packages or send a check to our P.O. Box listed on our website. Please fill out the attached form with your business information and sponsorship amount.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We appreciate your support.
April Maman

I represent Fine Line Creative Arts Center, a not-for-profit arts center in St. Charles. We are part of the Fox River Arts Ramble, a 1-day self-guided arts tour from Elgin – Aurora.
We are one of the major hubs and had over 300 people here last year. We have artists selling their work, art demonstrations and live music. We are looking to add a food truck to the event on June 3. The event is from 10 am - 4 pm.
You were recommended to me by someone who attended an event in the St. Charles area last year.
Are you available?

We are having our annual game night fundraiser. The night opens at 6 and starts at 7. Once the game start the players cannot leave. Can you serve, even if we have to do a pre-order, within an hour. A lot of people do bring their own food. Last year was very successful. And are you willing to donate a % back to the event?
