We are having a 4,000 person event on 6/10/23 at the round lake beach civic center. I’m looking for 7 more food trucks for a total of 12. The event is from 12 noon to midnight and we will have entertainment through and day including a national headliner and artisans displaying work. Most importantly 4,000 people need to eat. We set up a schedule and send people down floor by floor from 11:00 - 1:30 or 2:00 until done. We plan for 200 but hope you have extra if we go over and obviously pay for the extra.

I'm interestsed in learning more about securing your food truck for our event. The 5th annual 56 Artisan Fix ia a one day artisan market in Mt. Prospect, Il. Our market has about 30-50 artisan vendor booth and attracts around 1,000 shoppers. We are looking for a few interesting food trucks to feed our hungry shoppers.
