| Event Host Pays For Full Event | I am looking to secure a food truck for an employee appreciation event in Elk Grove. This will be for approximately 275 employees over 2 shifts. Our company will be responsible for all costs. I would like a variety of items on the menu, including the sandwich, fries, and dessert. Our 1st shift would be served from 11AM-1PM in 20 minute intervals, and our 2nd shift would need the truck from 6PM-7:30PM. This event is open to officers as well as the public and we have never advertised one before so we don't know what to expect food wise. Wondering if this is something you guys do since it’s a little different then a catering event. Whatever you guys make you keep. We don’t charge a fee to have your truck here. We’d love to have you if you’re interested! Also I just added 200 as a quantity because it’s hard to tell how many people that visit every weekend are buying food or not. Columbus Day weekend we have a few thousand people visiting each year
