I am trying to put together a food truck event to coincide with our fall Used Book Sale which will be held at the library on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 8am - 2pm. Our library usually sees about 1000 patrons on any weekend day and our book sale may see around 200+ patrons.

Our goal is to acquire multiple food trucks for the event between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm.
The conference is being held at The Temple facility of New Life Covenant Church located at 7621 S Greenwood Ave, Chicago, IL 60619.

I saw your food truck and think you'd be a great fit for a new marketplace happening at The Den Theatre in Wicker Park! We will run every Sunday 10am-3pm starting August 7 and have a few spots for food truck vendors. We also have indoor spaces for food vendors as well.

| Event Host Pays For Full Event | My name is Jess Daniels and I am reaching out to various food trucks in the Chicago area regarding availability and general information for Dominican University's annual DU Fest. DU Fest will be on Sunday, August 28th from 3pm-6 pm on Dominican University’s main campus.
Would you be able to provide me additional information on small plate options your food truck could provide if our campus would want to utilize a ticket system for students to receive a smaller plate option from your truck? Generally, we try to pay for around 200-450 tickets per truck (around $3-$4.25 per person). We see around 700-800 students and are looking to have 5-7 trucks and order around $1000 worth of product from them. DU Fest is free for students, and we will pass out food tickers for the product we purchase from you. There will be no sales made at trucks.
Would you be able to provide some additional information for me to bring back to a committee to see if we would be interested in your food truck for DU Fest?
