| Event Host Pays For Full Event | I am inquiring about how much this would cost as I need to discuss this with our financial director here at the church. This is our annual church picnic and the start of Sunday School/confirmation. It will be for two hours 11 am-1 pm right after church. We also have a bounce house, face painters, balloon artist, Kona Ice, Glowby the Bubbler, plus games and other activities including a DJ, etc.
So I need cost differential and if people wanted to buy more than what we are willing to pay like if we gave them ticket for one item can they themselves purchase more? Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hello! I am reaching out to see if your food truck would be available on Tuesday, August 23 from 4:30-7:00 pm for a back to school event at Mann Elementary School in Oak Park. We are expecting about 200 students and family members to kick off a new school year.
This event is sponsored by the Mann PTO, and ideally we would have families purchase food on their own, with the PTO making up any difference between purchases and any required F&B minimums. If the truck is available, happy to provide additional information and details. Thanks!
