Hi! We have used your truck in the past. Was wondering if you had any availability on June 23rd? This would be for our front office- 11:30 AM and the company will pay. If no availability that day, please send some available Wednesdays/Thursdays that you may have throughout the summer.

Thanks!

Hello,
The River Forest Park District, the Village of River Forest, and the Rotary Club of Oak Park and River Forest are hosting our annual Food Truck Rally on Saturday, August 27th, 4:00-9:00pm at The Depot parking lot/Keystone Park in River Forest.
The event includes up to 10 food trucks (6/7 savory, 3 sweet), a beer tent featuring 5 local craft breweries (Kinslahger, Exit Strategy, Flapjack, One Lake, and Oak Park), wine from Cooper's Hawk, stage entertainment the entire event time, and a family midway featuring inflatables and entertainment. Outdoor tables and seating is included for eating/drinking at the event. We make every effort to make sure food trucks do not compete with each other. In 2019, the event drew over 3,000 participants .
The Village grants any food truck participating in the event a free one day license to serve food at the event provided their trucks pass a Village and Health Department inspection conducted one hour prior to the event.
The cost to participate in the event is $150.00+a $25.00 gift card for a Rotary fundraising raffle.
We are in the process of determining our lineup and would like one grilled cheese truck, so we are reaching out to a couple of trucks.. Please let me know if you have an interest in the event.

Good afternoon,

Palatine Community Baseball and Softball is hosting its first ever Championship Weekend the weekend of June 24th and 25th.
The celebration will include All-Star festivities on Friday night, June 24th and continue with our Championship games from 9am - 10:30 PM on Saturday, June 25th.
Our entire PCBS community will be invited to the event. This includes more than 1300 players and their families.
The event will be taking place at Hamilton Gbur Field located at 1037 N. Smith Street in Palatine.
We would love to have local food and refreshment options, and we wanted to invite you to be among the vendors.
This would be a great opportunity to market and sell your product to a host of hungry baseball and softball fans.
We would love to have your business become a fixture in this annual celebration of the local community and its athletes

Please contact Adam Deegan at [email protected] if you would like to join us. We hope to hear from you soon.

This is a year-end celebration for the Intercultural Montessori Language School. The event is organized by the PTA and hosted at the parking lot of the Chicago Children's Theater (CCT) next door. There will be musical performers from CCT. The event runs from 4:30 to 7 pm. The truck would not need to be at the event at the start, but we would like to make food available to families as we get closer to the dinner hour. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello! We are in the early planning stages but wanted to get a bit more information. Is there a deposit to secure the truck? Is there a Food Truck minimum? Do you stay for as long as people are eating or is it a set amount of time? Thank you!

We are throwing a housewarming party on Saturday, July 9th at 3pm and will have approximately 50 people. We live in Joliet, IL right outside of Plainfield & Shorewood. We’re hoping you have a food truck available to come to our event. Would you be able to help me out with availability, pricing and options on different menus?

Thank you!

This is a ruck march for veteran suicide. It’s a 20 mile walk and we all end up back at the VFW in Frankfort. We were thinking of having 2 trucks of different kinds, if you have a grilled cheese one and a taco one that would be awesome. Let me know if your interested.
