Individual People Pay Themselves

I am seeking information about your food truck availability and terms of service. On Saturday, October 15, the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) will be holding its 25th anniversary fundraising walk and we are investigating food options for the event. We are expecting approximately 1,000 people to attend this event and are looking for vendors that can serve breakfast items starting at 8 am when registration opens and/or lunch items from 10:00-12:00.

Are you available on October 15, 2020? If so, what time frame would you be able to commit to?
Are you able to support our cause by either donating a portion of the proceeds, offering free items (or coupons) for 100 cancer survivors, and/or 40 VIPs (those who raise over $1,000).
Are you licensed to operate in DuPage County? The Event will be held at Cantigny Park 1S 151 Winfield Rd., Wheaton, IL.

Thank you for your feedback. Please contact me with any questions by either email or phone. Please visit Together in TEAL for more information about this amazing organization that does so much to support women and their families dealing with this terrible disease.

Sincerely,
Barb Schlatter

HI! We have had the toasty cheese truck in the past but I am wondering if you have the toasty taco truck available? Or is it just catering for tacos? We would prefer the truck so people can order what they want. We are flexible on time that day. Thank you!

Hello! My fiancé and I are interested in having your food truck come to our wedding venue for our late night snack! This would be where individual people pay for themselves. I would like some more information on if this is something your company does, your availability for our date, and anything else you think is important! Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello,
The River Forest Park District, the Village of River Forest, and the Rotary Club of Oak Park and River Forest are hosting our annual Food Truck Rally on Saturday, August 27th, 4:00-9:00pm at The Depot parking lot/Keystone Park in River Forest.
The event includes up to 10 food trucks (6/7 savory, 3 sweet), a beer tent featuring 5 local craft breweries (Kinslahger, Exit Strategy, Flapjack, One Lake, and Oak Park), wine from Cooper's Hawk, stage entertainment the entire event time, and a family midway featuring inflatables and entertainment. Outdoor tables and seating is included for eating/drinking at the event. We make every effort to make sure food trucks do not compete with each other. In 2019, the event drew over 3,000 participants .
The Village grants any food truck participating in the event a free one day license to serve food at the event provided their trucks pass a Village and Health Department inspection conducted one hour prior to the event.
The cost to participate in the event is $150.00+a $25.00 gift card for a Rotary fundraising raffle.
We are in the process of determining our lineup and would like one grilled cheese truck, so we are reaching out to a couple of trucks.. Please let me know if you have an interest in the event.

Good afternoon,

Palatine Community Baseball and Softball is hosting its first ever Championship Weekend the weekend of June 24th and 25th.
The celebration will include All-Star festivities on Friday night, June 24th and continue with our Championship games from 9am - 10:30 PM on Saturday, June 25th.
Our entire PCBS community will be invited to the event. This includes more than 1300 players and their families.
The event will be taking place at Hamilton Gbur Field located at 1037 N. Smith Street in Palatine.
We would love to have local food and refreshment options, and we wanted to invite you to be among the vendors.
This would be a great opportunity to market and sell your product to a host of hungry baseball and softball fans.
We would love to have your business become a fixture in this annual celebration of the local community and its athletes

Please contact Adam Deegan at [email protected] if you would like to join us. We hope to hear from you soon.
